Working with the InsureMyTrip staff was extremely easy and I felt confident in the coverage that I purchased. I, thankfully, did not have a claim to file so I do not know how that process would have worked if that were necessary. But, I was in Greece when there were devastating fires and InsureMyTrip emailed me and gave me a contact number if I need their help. Small things like that are very comforting. The staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to guide me through my questions and concerns.
