I needed work on my right knee which took me off the list for the Caribbean tour. Everything was according to stated coverage. The four stars on claim promptness is really an open item. While the claim was processed quickly and payout on part of the claim was timely, part of the claim required additional justification. That has been submitted and a responce is pending. If handled as efficiently as the rest of the claim, that catagory would rise to five stars.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the claiming process went. Traveling companion was hospitalized unexpectedly, and medically unable to travel. We got the claim form online, and filed the completed form on January 12. We received payment on the claim on January 30.
