Travel Insurance Reviews for Nationwide Essential

We were fortunate that our trip went as smoothly as could possibly be expected, and we did not have to utilize the plan we purchased. That said, it gave us peace of mind we wouldn't have had otherwise, which was worth a lot, given our financial (and emotional) investment in the trip we planned.

Did not have to use the policy so.I can't provide a review other than price and coverage.

Fortunately my trip went smoothly and there was no need to file a claim. My review was based solely on the coverage offered for the premium paid. The premium was very reasonable compared to what was being offered by other companies.

Comparing plans and making the purchase online was easy. The plan added good coverage and made us feel relaxed about a potential strike with our airline.Thankfully we did not have to file any claims.

Customer support was very helpful in determining my needs. I would use this company again for future travel insurance.

I can only vouch that the insurance premiums for the coverage is a very good value. Having travel insurance provides much peace of mind. However, a truly valid review is one from a customer who has filed a claim with Nationwide, and I have not.

It's impossible to evaluate how the plan did if I didn't use it. However, being an insurance agent & having more than the average guy's familiarity with insurance, I have found Nationwide to be the best & most reasonably priced policy to choose. Should I ever have a claim I assume they'll come thru for me. If not, they'll be dealing with a formidable opponent. Thank you.

thankful to have coverage (just in case) and even more thankful not needing to use it. Peace of mind is what I would call having Travel Insurance. :-)

Plan covered my needs for the trip. Since I did not need to file a claim, I cannot comment on the claim process.

Choosing a plan was easy and straightforward. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely purchase again for future trips
