We cancelled a trip to Bali due to the impending eruption of the volcano Mt. Agung. Although the actual eruption did not occur until after our scheduled trip, red-flag warnings of imminent eruption were posted by seismologists and thousands of residents were evacuated from the blast zone near the mountain. Not wanting to expose ourselves to the risks of poor air quality and being stranded due to potential airport closures, we cancelled the trip. April Travel reimbursed us for all lodging and flight cancellation fees.

I filed a claim. April Travel worked with the hospital and paid my bills. It took a bit of time for the payment and we had to wait at the hospital a couple hours after being discharged, but eventually the payment came through and April delivered as promised.
