the claim was handled online and very professionally. I had to phone them a couple of times for some input; they were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Great coverage. My luggage was so badly damaged, it needed to be replaced before returning home. I purchased a new suitcase, submitted paperwork required and in a couple weeks was reimbursed. Excellent service.
