We had booked a pilgrimage to Israel. We had to wait until the pilgrimage company officially canceled. They sent us the paperwork necessary to file a claim with our insurance. Once I receive that paperwork I was able to submit the claim with Insure my trip, within a week of filing. I am so happy we purchased insurance.

Although the price was a little high for my parents (in their 80s), I think this insurance was a great investment. I had peace of mind. And when I created a claim, the claim was processes very quickly and to my total satisfaction.

Claim was made as one of our travelers cancelled . I got ‘cancel for any reason coversge’ I ended up with 75% of the cost refunded. Claim took almost 10 weeks to go through.

InsureMyTrip was easy to use to obtain travel insurance for myself and 4 family members. I really liked the mobile app, too, which made it very easy to find the phone number of the insurer when we had a health emergency. Customer service agents were knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a minor injury while on our trip that required stitches in the emergency room in Israel. C&F Travel Insured International sent instructions and forms very quickly, which enabled me to complete the form and provide all of the required documentation when I got home. The Insurer responded quickly and reimbursed me for all of the accrued medical expenses without a problem. Wonderful service and experience.

My wife and I are retired, blessed and normally take two or three international trips a year. We always purchase trip insurance but have never had to file a claim. On this trip to Israel we decided to take my wife's sister who is 80. I purchased a plan for her since I was financing the trip. She threw out her back four weeks before the trip. I filed a first notification with the insurance company as instructed. The sister in law was not able to go on the trip. When we returned I began the process of filing a claim. The insurance company provided us the forms for the doctor to complete and explained what I needed to obtain from the airline. It took a while to gather the data but once gathered, a check for the complete amount I requested was quickly processed and mailed. This is a quality company.
