I submitted forms and documentation by postal mail, and received full claim payment into my account within 9 days! I was amazed, because some of our friends on the same tour had cancelled months earlier, with other insurance companies, and still had no response from their insurance carriers! My family and I traveled to Israel for the holiday. My son, a year and six month old came down with a severe fever and would not stop vomiting.
