The system requires me to rate my satisfaction with the plan. The plan said it provided the coverage we wanted and like all insurance we bought it in case we had a problem. However, because we did not make a claim under the plan I don’t know how well it would have handled a claim.

Every encounter with the staff was great and they were very accomodating. I only encountered a little bit of difficulty when I had to add a few days to the end of my trip for coverage. It just seemed it was difficult for the phone representative to find the right carrier of my insurance. But once he did everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this company.

I chose this plan substantially because I was cruising and I wanted a high level of evacuation insurance which this plan provided. Since I did not experience a calamity, I can NOT comment on anything else about this plan.

All seemed fine; never needed to file a claim so I have no opinion on the "back end" of the policy. Upfront was easy to use on the website.
