I bought this plan, but received my insurance document in a corrupted PDF file. Contacted both Insuremytrip and Tokio Marine HCC and they asked me to log in the website to access the documents. But guess what?! It does not work either. And I´ve written to them and they do not even care to put some effort to send me a new file for the documents.. Imagine if it was an emergency?! And with no documents I'll be lacking of proper documentation to get in the EU. Will I have to buy another insure from a different agent and company?! I'm trying to figure it out..

I submitted a claim and I didn't even get a response or reply of any kind. I followed all their protocols, submitted all the documents. It was a simple outpatient claim, for less than 500 dollars, and they couldn't even deal with that. Wouldn't trust my life on them. What if I really needed the insurance for something more serious? Like some accident?
Not recommended at all! Look for reliable insurance somewhere else!
