I thought AXA was very difficult to work with and I would never recommend them. I followed the protocol and should have received a reimbursement after filing my claim. They took forever to get back to me and denied me even though I provided all documentation that they requested.

InsureMyTrip was amazing! They were beyond helpful and responsive and I genuinely appreciate the help with getting my claim processed. A manager at AXA reviewed my claim and this time around it was approved and they're sending a check within the next 10 days.

In planning my trip, I read over your coverage and prices and could not be happier with my choice. I had the misfortune of having to cancel due to a health issue. Fortunately, I had insurance with a reputable company, AXA, and it was completely covered. I would go with your company again and again because of the ease of the claim process. Although AXA Assistance USA originally denied my claim, an InsureMyTrip Customer Care representative suggested I file an appeal, which I did, and they approved all of my claim. The plan was good, the Customer Care representative was great.

Their claims processing was prompt and professional. Our claim was processed and paid promptly.

Had to cancel trip 29 days before departure. AXA Assistance USA was courteous and helpful. Never attempted to avoid their obligation to me. Submitting claim was easy and payment was prompt.

Unfortunately, we did have to make a small claim. Fortunately, it was handled quickly, efficiently, and easily. Great service.

Our plane was delayed 24 hours due to a problem that was not disclosed to us. We contacted concierge services to book us on another flight to make it in time to catch the ship. They were able to do that. We ended up on yet another flight...which was rescheduled, yet again.

This was not a financial claim, so no payments to us were expected or requested. The concierge did a terrific job for us and we are very, very satisfied. Travelers should be aware that concierge services have connections and know how to do this kind of thing.

Had a claim for two things. Lost cell phone and lost luggage. The claim took longer than I wanted to be processed, however, both claims were paid in full. I would purchase this insurance again.

Excellent coverage. My doctor recommended I not go on my trip just before leaving. I filed a claim with AXA and ended up receiving my check within 30 days (much sooner than that even). I could not have been more pleased. I will definitely will not hesitate to use them again.
