Nephew couldn't get out of work so he had to miss the trip. We had the "Cancel For Any Reason" policy and were reimbursed the 75% of non-refundable trip cost. Recommend!

Our medical claim was easily filed. Reimbursement for the expenses were quick and without any hassle.

This is an update to the review where I said I was on the fence about whether I would recommend this product because I was having issues getting a claim reviewed. Within days of my review I was assigned a personal advocate who contacted me by email, and I also received a card in the mail advising me that my claim was being processed. My advocate was able to confirm that all documentation had been received and a timeframe to expect an outcome. I received notification on the outcome within the timeframe advised, and today I received a check for the full amount I was claiming. As a result, I would recommend this product. Thank you.

I have purchased travel insurance many times but this is the first time I placed a claim. I had to cancel my trip due to illness in the family. The process was extremely easy. It was also very easy to get updated information on the claim's progress online. When I had a question, a call to customer service was answered promptly. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful.

I had my refund check in my hand less than a month after I sent the claim supporting documents to Travel Safe. Thank you so much for making an urgent situation much easier!

This was our first experience with trip insurance. Glad we purchased the plan we did because I lost my job and we were unable to take our vacation as planned. It did take longer than I would have liked to settle the claim, but I suppose it wasn't extraordinary. We received the full amount we submitted. Very happy with InsureMyTrip and TravelSafe and would use again. We recommend.

I'm on the fence here. Buying the insurance is easy, the coverage seems good - I got this one because it didn't exclude scuba diving. The call center was very responsive when I called about a claim (travel related not medical), but I submitted it (by fax) a couple of weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I followed up via email and still nothing. I'll call next week but have to say I'm disappointed that I haven't even had an acknowledgement. At this point I really can't recommend the plan without knowing they'll deliver. I'm about to travel again and am going to choose a different plan.

Great plans, great customer service and quick response. There is a lot of paperwork required when filing a claim, but once the paperwork is submitted, the claim was handled quickly. I will always use TravelSafe when traveling. It's a very small price to pay for peace of mind.

Claim process took longer then I expected. However, after contacting customer service, claim was expedited and processed quickly. Very satisfied with outcome.

I had to file a claim because I was not able to go on my vacation to Mexico due to work related issues. I had purchased the TravelSafe Classic plan which has a work related clause. I was refunded all expenses including non refundable air fare.
