Received my refund VERY quickly...impressed with how prompt they were in sending it to me.

I was diagnosed with a cancer that required immediate treatment, so was not able to take the insured trip to Europe as planned. I provided Travelex with the appropriate paperwork for non-refundable losses associated with the trip, and Travelex sent me a check within a few weeks covering my losses. They paid the full amount I requested, no muss, no fuss. I have used Travelex before and continue to recommend them for trip insurance.

First time I had a travel claim. I submitted the required information online. Had a check within a couple weeks.

During my trip, my passport was stolen on my way to the airport for my departing flight. As a result, I had to incur costs for another hotel overnight stay, as well as trips to the Police Station to report the theft and costs for an emergency travel card and a replacement passport. Filing my claim was simple and straightforward. It is important to retain all original receipts for claimed expenses as these must be submitted along with the claim form and the police report. Customer service agents were extremely efficient and assured a response within 15 business days following receipt of the claim with all supporting documentation. I was very happy to receive a reimbursement check for $315 which covered all my submitted expenses.
