We have always purchased travel insurance for our cruise vacations, although we have never had occasion to file a claim until this year. Only weeks before our scheduled departure, I had a medical emergency that forced us to cancel our cruise. I called the John Hancock representative and he explained the process and sent me the necessary forms. The process was very simple and allowed me to submit my claim either online or by email. I received full payment for my submitted losses. The cost of the insurance was small when compared to what I would have lost had I not had the insurance. I recommend this coverage to anyone that travels.
