I really appreciate the simplicity of buying something that offers pretty well all I need for a short term trip

We didn't have a claim. But based on coverage and price this policy was a good buy.

Also we extended our trip and there was an online system which made it very easy and quick to extend the policy at a fair price with no hassles.

If claims are handled as smoothly as our experience, this policy and company is great.

After checking several insurance plans I think that this one is the most comprehensive one for a trip to the US. However I didn't have to file a claim, so I don't know how they handle an emergency situation or a claim

I did not have to use it, which of course was good for me. But at least I had the peace of mind that I was covered. And for a reasonable price. I will certainly hire it again on my next trip, and hope that it works as smoothly even If I have to file a claim (knock on wood!).

Ok, fair price, good coverage, no problems at all.

After insuring a trip with you twice, I know that I don't need to shop around for any other insurance. The customer service I received, both times was excellent and the price was the best. Thankfully, we didn't need to make a claim.
