Always a great experience. When I realized a did not put in the correct travel dates a rep fixed it at no charge to me. Never had to file a claim (knock wood) but very pleased with service.

We had to cancel our trip due to an injury suffered in a fall. AIG Travel Guard was prompt in sending cancellation forms and in paying the claim. We were quite satisfied.

Since we had no issues on our trip and did not have to file a claim, we cannot attest to how a claim would be handled by the company. However, we can say that the peace-of-mind that the travel insurance policy gave us helped us enjoy the trip to the fullest.
