Good communications reminding us to print a copy of the policy and take with us, and provided contact numbers for a variety of scenarios if needed. Would buy it again.

I was pleased to have this coverage while on travel to Puerto Rico. I was most interested in the medical coverage as we were out of network while there and a medical emergency would have been costly. Weather related travel delays are common too and interruptions are normally not covered. We did not need either but I was glad to have it in case it was needed.

I was a bit leery to purchase this plan as it was so cheap. It had great reviews, but no one mentioned actually filing a claim, just that they felt secure knowing they had coverage. We were delayed returning due to Hurricane Sandy. Filing the claim was simple (make sure u have excellent documentation) and 10 days later I received a check.
