We filed a small claim (under $500) for lost luggage, and you denied it. Your product is a scam and your company is a sham if you won’t pay out a small claim for 4 days worth of clothing. Shame on you.

Hi Thomas: sorry to hear about your delayed luggage from your trip. We had a chance to look into this claim and, after reviewing, we never received the necessary information to review and process the claim.
