Our grandson contracted the norovirus while on our cruise. He went to the emergency room in Miami upon disembarking. His regular health insurance plan has a $150 deductible for ER visits. TravelSafe reimbursed the cost of the ER deductible. I found it odd that TravelSafe required us to submit a copy of our credit card statement as proof that we paid for the policy. I would have expected them to already know if the premium was paid. But they reimbursed the $150 without any problems. We would use them again.

Thank you for your comment. We are pleased to hear that you received your reimbursement. As for the company's request for a copy of your credit card statement, proof of payment is required by all carriers including TravelSafe if you wish to receive reimbursement.Sep 29,2016
