Though my vacations keep getting cancelled, I am completely satisfied with the purchase procedure and coverage available with my yearly plan. It's more than nice to know that no matter when I'm traveling, I have the coverage I need.

We fortunately did not need to file any claims due to illness or accident. It was very reassuring to have this coverage in the event we became ill especially since Medicare does not provide coverage when out of the country.

I have to say, unfortunately we had to postpone our trip to Europe, but was quite happy with the price and coverage this company provided. They were great with refunding what I had paid and plan to use them again when we hopefully take our trip next year.

Do Not Buy this! It was a waste of my money. It should never be listed as an acceptable/authorized insurance to meet the requirements to obtain Costa Rican QR code for entry. Better go buy the “approved” policy so you don’t get the giant headache I got frantically trying to buy the right insurance at the airport!
