We have purchased GeoBlue travel insurance for many trips, but have never had to file a medical claim until recently. I became ill during a cruise and needed medical attention. I submitted a claim to GeoBlue and it was promptly processed. I received a payout in accordance to the terms of my policy. There was no complexity, drama, disputes, etc. I Highly recommend GeoBlue and will continue to use them.

Early in August, I filed a claim for slightly less than $200 and submitted all necessary supporting materials. To date (Oct 3), I've received no information on the claim from GeoBlue. When I looked up the claim via the internet, the claim file indicated that the amount claimed was subject to a deductible, hence no payment. I was unaware of a deductible, but that's on me. What I don't like is the utter lack of communication.

I contracted COVID on the trip, and Geoblue paid my claim exactly as stated in the coverage. There was no hassle, they replied promptly to my inquiries, and my claim was settled within a month as advertised.

I have purchased GeoBlue insurance before when I traveled but never had to file a claim. This past trip I had a dental emergency. After returning home I filed a claim and in a couple of weeks my reimbursement arrived. A very painless process. Save all payment receipts & any doctor documents & file on line. I will use them again.

Purchasing this plan was easy. The rep who helped me decide on a plan was knowledgeable and professional. I had a medical emergency and the phone rep was very helpful in finding an emergency room for me. Medical care was excellent and while the hospital initially asked me to pay in full, I asked an insurance rep to talk to them. As a result I was able to pay only my deductible and the balance was paid by geo blue. I couldn't be happier with this plan.

I lost a crown during my trip, filed a claim. GeoBlue Voyager Choice Plan was very quick to explain that it was not covered- did not bother to other any help at all. Makes me wonder what would be done for something serious!
