As a result of the Bomb Cyclone Blizzard in Denver, we were able to reschedule our flights and hotel reservations through Southwest Vacations. Nationwide was a pleasure to work with in being able to reschedule our insurance dates so that we could be covered for our rescheduled vacation.

It's hard to know if the plan was the right choose for us, as we didn't need to use it. Which is great I hope if we would have needed to use it that it would have covered us. That's why a person purchases the policy to be protected & for piece of mind. Can only hope that if you need it someday that they helped you purchase the correct protection that you'll need.

We regret to hear that your claim was denied. No one ever wants to hear that there is no coverage for a cancelled trip. However, Trip Cancellation only reimburses if your reason for cancellation is a covered reason listed in your policy. Unfortunately, Mechanical Breakdown of your Common Carrier is not listed as a covered reason.
