Unfortunately, our family had to cancel our cruise at the last minute when my child was admitted to the hospital. Fortunately for us, Travel Insured came through quickly. Within five weeks of our first contact with them, we had the check in hand for a full refund. While I wish that we had not had to cancel our trip, it was reassuring to have not lost the money. I would highly recommend Travel Insured and will use them in the future.

EXCELLENT service! Spirit cancelled our flight with no notice and we were stuck at LAX at midnight. The 24-hour telephone support was fantastic - they helped us identify flights and explained my coverage. We ended up paying over $2,000 more for our 4 new last-minute tickets, All the costs including hotel and food incurred from the delay were covered, and I received the reimbursement check about 3 weeks after filing the claim (an easy online process, and helpful telephone staff as well). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trip insurance.

Hurricane Sandy caused our original flight to be cancelled. This resulted in two additional hotel nights and meal expenses. I submitted the documentation and receipts required and received full compensation in less than 3 weeks. Will definitely use Travel Insured again and have already recommended to a friend that is traveling in a few months.

We have already recommended you to several traveling friends. Thought the price was very good (less than half of Holland America for the same coverage). Response time to receive check for complete coverage requested was 11 days. Most firms, Insurance or any other, will want to use your money for much longer periods.

This was my very first travel insurance that I have taken for a vacation travel. Once I sent in all the required documentation for my trip cancellation, Travel Insured promptly processed my claim and sent me the exact amount of my claim. My advice to others is to read the contract thoroughly and keep all required documentation in a separate file, just in case you need to file a claim.

We never expected to need to use this policy, but my husband got sick while on this trip, needed Medical intervention & treatment. Although the paperwork was a bit cumbersome to file a claim, we promptly received payment. Very glad to have this insurance!

No one notified me that my documents were received & no one notified me that my claim had been processed & a check had been mailed. I had to call to get this info. Someone should call or email to let the customer know that you have received everything & also when it has been processed. I have used you for many years & this is the first calim I have made. I will continue to use you as I feel you offer the best service & prices.
