We filed a claim when my spouse fell down some stairs and broke his leg. We were very happy with the claims process and outcome. We bought the Nationwide Essential Comprehensive coverage.

Essential coverage for a cruise is a must. Would not go a on any trip out of the country without coverage. Found this site provides good coverage at a most reasonable rate. I would recommend and have recommended to friends.

It was very helpful as they send you a reminder of what information to take with you on the trip. They provide 24 hour phone numbers to call and are very clear on what the coverages include.

We did not have a claim but by having the policy it gave us peace of mind to have insurance for our trip. We hear fellow travelers tell horror stories about not having any insurance when traveling outside of U. S. and we never want to be in that situation.
