The best part was I did not have to use the plan.
However knowing that I had coverage over what I already had with the credit card company and my regular insurance was enough to have me climbing castles and fortresses without too much worry (other than my knees !)
Thank you for providing coverage at an affordable price. I will most definitely sign up again when I travel next time.

For the most part every time I travel I use ensure my trip coverage plans. And I'm grateful that I did not have to use it but I would recommend it to friends and family cuz I feel it provide the coverage that I need at a reasonable price.

We had a really difficult ending to our amazing trip to Portugal. We ran into issues at the airport and with COVID testing, none of which were our fault. We consider this to be a travel delay and a travel inconvenience. However, the plan that we purchased apparently does not cover our specific situation. We were not reimbursed any of the $2000 we were charged during our extended stay. The reason we bought the additional travel insurance was exactly for this unpredictable and unforeseeable kind of scenario. We're very disappointed in the timeliness of the response to our claim, the unhelpful people we spoke with on the phone, and the unwillingness to accept our claim.

extremely difficult to contact personnell pre trip to verify certain coverages....I did not get these answered.
I went through several phone numbers on the "how to contact" page before getting a real working phone number. The main # IN BOLD was for advertising only. It never connected me to your personnell.
The lady I actually spoke with was very kind and helped as she could. At least I was told to always contact her department phone number--with was in small print-- NOT on the first page.
I am so glad that I had no issues. I will not contact your company in the future.
