Called 2 times for clarification on claim and spoke to someone with no wait. They were very helpful and i had no problems with claim even though my primary insurance pushed me over the 90 day time limit for submitting they still took it and processed within 2 weeks.

Fortunately, we didn't need to use the plan but it was peace of mind to have it. Since we didn't need to file any claim I can't speak to how good the company is at processing claims, but I read reviews before I purchased it and they were all positive.

I picked the coverage that I would most need and the deductibles I wanted. The cost of this insurance was very reasonable and did not have to purchase insurance that I know I would not need. Fortunately there was no need for is to use the insurance but it is essential to have especially the medical. You never know what can happen. I would purchase this again.

I recommend the plan - however, I do not recommend insuremytrip. Purchased the plan, had a question, e-mailed insuremytrip, and never got a response. Buy the plan from someone else.

We purchased travel insurance for the peace of mind it provided. Since we did not have to "use" it, we cannot comment on how good it is, but not having to use it is good in itself. We would strongly consider this insurance for any future vacations. My wife spoke with a representative before purchasing and was very pleased with the help provided.
