We are lucky to have excellent guide GiGi. She is very professional and good educate, gave a lot information about Emirates, about people and life stile, tell the history, answer all our question. The trip to Safaris was very impressive. We had very good driver, young guy from Sri lanca.

The coverage, the cost and the ease of purchasing the policy were all excellent. Their communication with me as the insured individual was also quite good. However, what sets apart good from average or poor insurance companies is how they treat you when there is a claim. Because (fortunately) I have never had to make claims, the jury is still out on that. (I’m hoping it stays that way.)
