We had a terrible extended family illness and had to cancel our trip. They sent us the forms and gave us good direction regarding what was needed for the claim. We mailed the documentation to them on December 6. They approved the claim and had the check in the mail to us on December 29th. We are very pleased with this company and will use them again when we rebook the trip.

Had to postpone the trip due to a family death, we got reimbursed for airline change fees and lost deposit on a rental property. After just one call the claim forms were emailed to us. The forms were easy to complete, and the claim was paid in just under 30 days. Well worth the price paid for the plan.

We had to file a claim for the first time ever because one of us got sick on the trip. They handled it quickly and with no hassle. The claim form itself was detailed, but also easy to complete. While trip insurance seems somewhat expensive to me, it's a lot more expensive not to have it!

Unfortunately it was necessary for us to file a claim due to an injury. The company representative I spoke with was very polite and helpful. The company processed the claim quickly and returned a check in a timely manner. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company.
