A quality plan, quality company. I know their reputation very well. I'll purchase no other trip insurance from now on. They say that "The proof of the pudding is in the tasting" and AXA came through quickly and fairly, from beginning to end!

We had a very difficult personal situation causing us to cancel our trip. The claims and customer service employees were empathetic & helpful and the case was resolved quickly within the time promised.

This was my first time purchasing trip insurance, and being in the insurance business, I was thoroughly pleased with the level of coverage at a fair price. When we were forced to cancel the trip, and file a claim, I could not have been more impressed with the speed and professional way in which it was handled. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to use AXA again.

Very few reviews have gone through the claims experience, but I am one who has. My claim was paid in full. It took approximately 90 days to resolve, but the delay was mostly mine in providing a "cancellation letter" from the airline that the insurer would accept. Communication could have been better. No response to email inquiry. The day I called for a status update, I was told only to be patient. That very day, I received their check in the mail.

Claims assistance was very helpful and caring. Settlement was accurate and prompt.

At the last minute I had to have surgery and was not able to go on the trip. Besides being heartbroken over missing a trip, we were also concerned about the insurance claim. I am happy to report that we received our check and we plan to take another cruise and use AXA insurance again. This time we will not make a claim because we are going no matter what!

Unfortunately, we could not go on our long awaited trip as my wife took ill and had to have major surgery. We filed our claim with appropriate medical evidence and were informed that the claim was be settled in 30 days. I had a trip planned with my wife and bought insurance through AXA. Unfortunately, an illness in the family kept me from taking the trip. AXA made a prompt , hassle free settlement of my claim. Very satisfied customer. Will use again.

Weather can and does reek havoc with travel plans. Because of a thunderstorm over Raleigh I had to spent the night in Newark. All I needed to get was an irregularity report, which was no trouble. I was re-booked on a flight to Raleigh for the next day. The claims process was easy to follow. SO glad I had this insurance.
