I did not have a claim to file, but the price for the coverage was competitive. Nice to have just in case something goes wrong.

Fortunately, we had no need for the insurance, but having elderly parents, we felt confident that in the event of problems at home we would be covered.

Thankfully I didn't need to use the insurance.

We thought as United Airlines cancelled the second of three legs of our outbound flight and rescheduled us to continue our trip 2 days later that we may need to use the plan. Luckily, after 1.5 hours working with United we were able to arrange another route which got us to our destination 1/2 hour later than we had planned. It was good to know the plan was there should it have been needed.

Was happy we didn't have to use the insurance plan, but was comfortable knowing it was there if we needed it.

On this trip I had no claims. Two trips ago I got hung up in a snowstorm in Paris. The policy paid for a hotel and paid for my lost baggage. I wouldn’t travel on a vacation overseas without it.

Fourth time I have purchased tis coverage.
