AIG was more concerned with not paying for my accident than anything. I spent a exorbitant amount of time while recovering and was constantly being asked to send information that I had already sent. I sent hospital records and personal receipts every time medical services were used. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with after care. Never again.

When I was in Bangkok I was told that I would be reimbursed for the expense of all the material you wanted faxed to you. In the final settlement, the cost of faxing was rejected. I do not think this is fair to me.

Carol - You did not address his issue that he "was told" that he would be reimbursed. How is one to know what is covered when an agent on the phone says otherwise?
