Our Viking cruise was to be a very special event, but four months before cruise time my husband was diagnosed with a serious form of cancer. We had to cancel everything. AXA was wonderfully easy to work with, and we all received a full refund in a very prompt time frame, including my sister, who was to travel with us. We are so very glad we took the step of insuring our trip. Bad things do happen, and having trip insurance helped soften the blow. We hope to cruise another time!

Shortly after our trip we called with a claim. A friendly representative sent us the proper forms promptly. We were notifiied when they received our completed forms. In less than two weeks our full claim was approved. The check arrived in today's mail, about 10 days after approval. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again when needed!

In planning my trip, I read over your coverage and prices and could not be happier with my choice. I had the misfortune of having to cancel due to a health issue. Fortunately, I had insurance with a reputable company, AXA, and it was completely covered. I would go with your company again and again because of the ease of the claim process.
