bags arrived late and I assume that if we had to buy clothes we were to have purchased them and then send you receipts upon our return? since I have not had to use the policy I am not sure how satisfied I would be.

Your website provided good clarity and comparison data to enable me to get the proper coverage for our trip. Although it is an added expense, it gave me good peace of mind during the trip.

While we were in Spain, my husband's wallet was stolen and immediately someone began using the credit cards. Along with notifying the credit card companies, I called CSA to see if there was anything further I should do. The woman who took my call didn't seem to know and transferred me to what turned out to be the main menu. I gave up. It seems that CSA is not particularly helpful in this situation and that I could handle it myself.

My wife and I traveled to six countries from a cruise ship. The trip went well except the cruise ship did not depart from port because of bad weather.
I would do business again using CSA Travel Protection Custom plan.

I got very sick on a Transatlantic cruise and had to go to Medical. My health insurance took 5 months to deny my claim. I then sent all the required paperwork to CSA and they processed and paid my claim in a month. I just purchased insurance for our next trip from CSA.
