Submitted a claim, was supposed to take 10-15 business days to review, ended up taking over 25 or so, but it was approved the second time I called to check and and speed it up.
It was for $250, but still.. Submitted everything and it was all taken care of, happy we paid for insurance.

I never used the policy, so I can't really evaluate the coverage. I'm still confused about Covid 19 coverage, so I didn't rate coverage as 5-star. However, the revues were generally favorable, so I would likely use again.

Thankfully, we didn't have to use this policy, but having travel insurance is a must! We flew back while the hurricane was going on and that alone made us happy to have the travel insurance. We will always have travel insurance when we travel outside the United States. We will use this company again!

I am senior and filed a claim regarding my new luggage (bought over a year ago but didn’t use do to it being large for overhead but purchased for cruises or local travel) being damaged on Norwegian Cruise Line. I was sent a claim firm to fill out with tons of questions. I cannot find the receipt and feel a photo of damaged luggage should suffice.

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with your luggage. Our claims team did not get a claim form or picture as of yet. They stated you can even get a duplicate receipt or a bank statement when you purchased it, it may suffice as well. To get more guidance on this, please call our claims team at 844-411-2487 option 4.

Good price and clear buying process. We purchased it for the cancel for any reason coverage since the resort was non refundable. Our trip went smoothly and we did not need to use the insurance.
