I did not have any problems during my trip, so I did not have to use my insurance.
But I am happy with plan I purchased. It is worth it to have peace of mind while one is on vacation.

Having not filed a claim and not knowing how the customer service would have been for filing a claim, I can't say whether I would have been satisfied. I would have to go through that process in order to know the full service level.
