Last year I was delayed 12 hours by delayed flight departure , My plan payed for a missed day at hotel & extra transportation. Very easy and quick reimbursement.
I bought for medical coverage and was pleased I had this extra coverage. Not expensive.
I used again recently, but didn’t need any reimbursement. Definitely recommend & will always use on my trips:)

Our cruise was impacted by hurricane Dorian, like many others I'm sure. Not only was filing a claim easy, it was handled in a timely fashion considering it was a hurricane event and they paid very well. I am impressed with this company and am using them for our next cruise. The premium is VERY reasonable considering the coverage and the peace of mind. Highly recommend.

I ended up using my travel insurance due to Hurricane Matthew. I submitted the required paperwork via fax and they kept constantly in contact via email. They managed to get 2 different airlines to refund back my tickets after they denied my request They refunded my room and airport transfers via check. I received a check and refund to my credit card statements within 3 weeks and 2 one of those weeks were due to the airlines dragging their feet to respond. Very smooth process and I will select Travel Insured every single time I travel.

Representatives were friendly and our claim was paid although not quickly. However in fairness, they were probably swamped with claims like our resulting from the Dec 26th blizzard that shut down the NY/NJ airports. I would definitely buy coverage from them again.
