AIG Travel Travel Guard® Essential
We purchased the plan because we were traveling with small children and I was afraid they might get sick before our trip. But, my mother in law became very ill and we were afraid to leave town. She ended up passing away on Nov. 14. We will replan our trip to outer banks in the spring. I will definitely purchase insurance through your company. That reassurance is comforting in today’s world. One of the main reasons I insured my trip was because I was traveling to the southwest during hurricane season. After I purchased the insurance, I read in the small print that it does not cover acts of God. Hurricanes probably fall under acts of God, so I’m glad I didn’t have to make a claim.

Well worth the cost. We are totally satisfied with this trip insurance. Weather related event and declared disaster made it impossible to travel on our scheduled day. Claim was processed easily online and reimbursement was speedy.
