I didn’t need to use it so can’t really give accurate info.

I have cancer and needed to travel to see my family, perhaps for the last time. You do not insure for any medical needs related to cancer. This was very difficult for me.

Grateful that we didn’t need your services, but it gave me peace of mind which was most important.

Luckily I didn’t need to file any claims but I had peace of mind knowing that if I did, I would be covered.

The agent who handled my inquiry back in November was excellent, understood I was on a tight schedule and answered all my questions clearly, steering me to the policy that fit what I needed. Very pleased with the result.

For many years, I have purchased a plan through Global Underwriters Diplomat America when I travel to the United States. The only experience that I have is with purchasing the plan. I have never had to actually use the plan or file a claim.

Purchased the plan but luckily I did not have any medical events or the need to file a claim.

I never used it so I have no idea what type of company you are. But it gave me peace of mind.
