Didn't need to use it fortunately so can't comment further. Be aware though that if you book it after final payment of cruise you don't get all of the benefits ( Pre-Existing Conditions Waiver, Cancel For Any Reason, Trip Interruption For Any Reason-Return Transportation, Financial Default and Cancellation for Work Reasons).

I really like the coverage levels available on the plan. We are retired now, so we are on Medicare. Although we are healthy, we feel we need insurance when outside the country. By choosing a higher deductible, the plan is a great bargain.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Plus
I was surprised that the rental car coverage only covered the damage portion of the insurance, and not the liability part. I had to add that section using the rental car policy at a high daily rate.
