We were satisfied for your coverage for the price.
The only thing is we had a delay of more than 3 hours on one of our plane flights, it would have been better if the insurance would have paid something for a delay of that amount of time. As I understand it our coverage only paid after a delay of 6 hours or more.

We had to cancel our trip due to my husband’s unexpected need for surgery. C & F Travel Insured fully covered all nonrefunded funds for my husband and me and for our two travel companions. This was done courteously and quickly. I highly recommend them.

I called to file a missed connection claim. I got this insurance for my son Ryan. His Brisbane to LA Flight was delayed. Consequently, he missed his JFK to JAX flight which was a separate booking.
The CF Travel Insurance agent I talked to told me the Missed Connection coverage is only for cruises. The explanation of benefits just says Missed Connection $500 . Who would think this ONLY applies on CRUISES? They should add in parenthesis Cruises only. This is just pure corporate fine print scheme. I've always used Insuremytrip for all my travel insurance. I'm so sorry I selected C&F.

Got sick on the cruise wanted to see the ships doctor but was afraid to use the policy to do this as I didn't wish to pay up front and hope that I would get paid back. I had a cold and the usuall remidies were not relieving my aches and pains and stop my caugh. Didn't think a cold would be covered.

We are sorry to learn of the sickness you suffered during your trip. The C+F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector plan provides coverage up to 100,000 USD per person for an accidental injury or unforeseen sickness.
Any travel insurance benefits will typically be received on a reimbursement basis, so you’ll be responsible for paying your costs out of pocket and saving your receipts. This plan has secondary coverage – that is, they offer benefits beyond your primary medical insurance coverage.

Thankfully we did not need to make a claim, so I cannot speak to the claims process or whether coverage was to our liking. We did, however, feel confident that should an issue arise, our selected policy covered nearly all possible problems. I'd also like to say that I had a question regarding our coverage amount that Travel Insured was able to answer quickly via email. Their customer service was both efficient and effective.
