This is a reputable company with several good plans from which to choose. I have purchased travel insurance from them twice. Claims are processed fairly and quickly. I will always use this company for travel insurance.

I still feel that I am owed a refund for the insurance I purchased but couldn't use due to covid. Initially I was told I had a "credit voucher"; when I called this year to use my credit, your rep said it was expired and I should have asked for a refund. Why wasn't I told I could have gotten a refund back in 2020!? Covid lasted over 3 years, and this was the first time I could travel. I still want my refund.

It’s hard to review an insurance policy if you don’t need/use it. This policy was the best combination of coverage and price. It was less than half the price of the policy suggested by my travel agent, for the same coverage.
