We had to cancel our cruise due to an illness in the family. I submitted my claim. They responded back in a timely manner requesting additional receipts. I sent those in and received a check in the mail in a week. Very pleased.

I bought the insurance for many reasons, but particularly as it provided vacation home and rental car accident coverage. It was nice to have that type of coverage in addition to the standard coverages.

I filed a claim for lost/damaged luggage and a missed port on our recent cruise. I sent in boatloads of documentation only to be DENIED. I won't use this insurance again.

I needed cancel for any reason insurance so I picked this one. It was pricey, as that insurance would be, but it required me to accept much higher medical evacuation coverage than I needed. I would have liked cancel for any reason with lower medical evac coverage. But still, I’m very glad I had the peace of mind that I would be substantially reimbursed if something unexpected arose.
