My wife was seriously injured on a trip to India and Bhutan. We missed two days of activities on the tour and this insurance company, AXA, reimbursed for those days. There was no fuss, no argument, just cooperation and payment. This is the best.

This is the first time I have had to file a claim. Our flight was cancelled when the airport was closed in Kathmandu Nepal for 4 days. We filed a claim for an air flight change and for hotel expenses that we incurred as the result of the closure. The claim was accepted and paid promptly. I was extremely satisfied with the response by the company and the speedy service.
