My wife broke her arm in India. I called the company from India...they were unhelpful and wanted me to complete forms! That was ridiculous...how do you complete forms from India.

The price of the plan was great and filing the claim was so easy. I called their customer service to get help with which form to use. We got stuck in Chicago on our flight back from India because the flight home was cancelled due to weather, so we wanted our hotel cost covered. I filled out the form and supplied requested documentation. 2-3 weeks later we received a check in the mail. No problems at all. I would definitely use Travelex again!

On Call’s medical case process requires all patients to be evaluated by a treating physician and to have the medical information reviewed by On Call’s Medical Team to help ensure patient’s safety, in order to assist the traveler. On Call’s Medical Team specializes in flight physiology and follows guidelines set forth by the International Air Medical Transport Association and the Aerospace Medical Association to determine a patient’s fit to fly status as patient’s conditions may change at elevation.
