i tried making a claim because the airline delayed our baggage and caused us to miss our flight but when i tried making a claim the woman i was assigned took hours to get back to me with new flight times and the prices were bad too.

The plan cost was very reasonable. We had to file a claim due to 5 days of our trip being cancelled/interrupted. The claim process was done online and was easy to complete. We actually received a bit more then we requested in our claim. We are quite happy with the policy, the claim process and the results. We use them again in the future.

We made an emergency telephone contact to help track down covid test results so we could board our return flight to the US. The agent was solicitous but her plan to have their agent in Peru didn’t contact us before we went ahead and obtained a quick test at the airport

My friend and I had to cancel our Peru tours due to flight delays as a result of adverse weather. Got full refund for the tour paid in an expedient manner. It was much appreciated!
UPDATE: My review above was for CSA. Looks like the company's name has changed to Generali Global Assistance. I'm not sure if it's the same company!?

We had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to extreme health issues. Everyone at Generali was very helpful and kind and were able to help me get the information I needed to complete the claim. I was able to get our money refunded. I will definitely plan to work with them again.

Overall, this seemed like great coverage for a very reasonable price. While, happily, I ended up not needing the insurance this time around, I did file a claim in the past with this same coverage and they were great about covering the entire cost of the trip. I would highly recommend this trip insurance.
