I twisted my knee badly on the fourth day of a back to back cruise and visited Carnival Sunshine medical. The on-call physician listened to my complaint, did a few checks, and gave me a compression brace for my knee. I was impressed with the onboard physician but also very impressed with the speed that Generali processed my claim. While the claim was small (only $175), it was processed quickly and a check put in the mail. I have two more cruises already planned for this year and will definitely give Generali my business.
