Fortunately we didn't have any reason to file a claim so I don't know how pleased we would be depending on how a claim was handled. We would probably use this trip insurance again.

We unfortunately had to cancel our planned cruise owing to my wife requiring surgery. We filed a claim for the lost cruise cost and airfare. The insurance company asked for some additional paperwork from us. However, when we provided it, the claim was paid without any arguing. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to deal with the insurance company, and how fair they were. Our claim was paid in full, and the total time required was about six weeks. We are very satisfied customers!!!

Well, you hate to have to use insurance, but the "any reason" insurance made it easy to get reimbursed for my unplanned trip expenses. I highly recommend getting cancel for any reason policies.

Honestly I won't know how good this is until I may need to use it. I have now bought 3 insurance packages and I have not needed to use your service. So until I need to use it, I really don't know how to answer these questions.
