I would not recommend them at all. I ended up having to contact them using social media several times to get them to pay attention to my claim. Even then it took months to get it approved and a check sent. They also didn't pay my misc. cost that happen after my flights were cancelled. I love insuremytrip and will continue to use them. I will not be buying from this specific insurance company again.

Initially very slow to process the claim.
After multiple phone calls I figured out what they needed and once I got this information to them they paid the claims at 100% and I was satisfied.
