We had a traveling companion contract COVID the day before departure. We filed a claim with ample documentation. Although there was no communication or updates on the claim status, the claim was summarily resolved with full reimbursement after 4-5 weeks from submission. Our experience is that claims are resolved fairly as long as adequate documentation is submitted. The turnaround was about average, and the communication was below average.

Plan covered exactly what we needed, family trip to Disney World.

Didn't have to use, but you never know with Florida June storms and people still catching COVID left and right. The peace of mind for roughly $200 to cover our trip, including injury, sickness, weather, and almost all else is totally worth it.

A nice plan with good and adequate well rounded coverage for the recent trip. It was easy to discuss my needs with the agent and then purchase coverage. The coverage provided "peace of mind" while on a trip in the event something unfortunate would happen.

Luckily I did not have to use it so that is why I haven't been able to rate it. I did call a couple of times and asked about which hospital in Austin we should go to if something were to happen and received no help or advice.
