We do not offer any multi-trip annual plans that allow you to insure the cost of your trip, but we have Multi-Trip Medical policies which provide annual medical coverage for multiple trips throughout the year. All policies have trip length restrictions of either 30 or 70 days and will only cover international trips. Once my completed documentation had been submitted, it took more than EIGHT WEEKS to process my claim (all that time without me being asked to submit any additional documentation). I tried to call the company about the delay, but got put on hold for a long time and finally gave up. I will say that they finally reimbursed me for the amount of my request and didn't deny any of my claim. Because of the nature of my injury, I also had a claim for a later trip with different insurer - it took that company THREE DAYS from the time of my electronic submission to notification of approval of the claim and then another four days to receive the refund, for a total of one week.

InsureMyTrip offers a Customer Advocate Program. Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. Requesting a Customer Advocate is as simple as calling 800-487-4722 or emailing [email protected], explaining the events which resulted in a claim, and the challenges you are facing.
I had a fairly simple claim for medical services rendered by the Medical Center on the cruise ship. The claim process required downloading several documents which I thought the insurance company should have had, e.g. proof of payment of the premium. After downloading all the requested documents, I was informed the processing time would be 20-25 days. The actual time from submission of claim to receipt of payment was 45 days. I would give this company a grade of B to B+.

Luckily I didn't have to claim the insurance but I would recommend strongly for anyone who is unsure situations. Customer staff was very knowledgeable and friendly recommending just the right plan.

Fortunately, the trip went off without a hitch but the security of having the TravelSafe Classic Plus insurance, which covered all possible mishaps, gave us peace of mind. I would recommend a purchase of this type for any trip representing a sizable expense. The process of purchase was easy and quickly done online.
